Raise The Bar Challenge #102

Hello there!
I have a sweet card to share today. The Raise the Bar challenge this week is about May Day which is Lei Day in Hawaii - so any Hawaiian or tropical image. I knew I was going to use TGF's Hula Anya as soon as I saw the challenge. She is one of my all time favorite stamps! I used the colors from this week's JUGS challenge...orange, hot pink and lime green and the layout is this weeks Card Patterns Sketch #162.

 I think I am a little late posting for the JUGS challenge, but oh well. Things get hard to keep up with when you are traveling and enjoying a couple of days off. KWIM?

Happy Wednesday and on the downhill slide to this weekend! Woot!
I am heading over to Baton Rouge to spend a couple of days with my sweetheart before I head to Vegas on Saturday for a conference. It has been a few years since I have been to Vegas. I am sure it is still the same. I think I will make sure to go to Viva LasVegasStamps this trip. I hear it is amazing. If you have been let me know what you think.

Are you ready for the weekend? I know I am!
We are supposed to have cloudy skies and possibly rain, but...there are a lot of things I can find to do in my craft room on a rainy day!! I bet you can too! Or maybe curl up on the couch with a good book, lol!

My card is for today's Raise The Bar Challenge #101~ Cloudy Skies. (Goes along with the weather here...lol) We are to use anything with clouds. I decided that I needed to use a new set I had sitting on my table from MFT. Love the umbrella die and the sentiments in the set! The layout is from this weeks MFT Wed Sketch Club challenge.

I am a day late with posting my Color Combo card but things got really busy and hectic at work yesterday and when I got home, all I could do was veg....Ever have days like that? lol!

The SCS Color Combination Challenge~Whispering Grey Sand is hosted by Julia. She sure loves monochromatic color schemes and I love this one myself! Dessert is stripes. Got mine with the layers of grey and sand.

I used this weeks MFT Wed Sketch for the layout.

Raise The Bar Challenge 100!

Happy Saturday!
I am a little late getting my card posted this week. A short hospital stay to have my heart's electrical system worked on. Last month it was the heart's plumbing system, lol. Hopefully we have things on the right track and if my body cooperates, we just might make it to 100!

Speaking of 100....This is the 100th Raise The Bar Challenge and we have a wonderful sponsor...

I actually used a TGF stamp that I think is retired but I had her partially colored for quite some time and just wanted to use her. Do you look like her on laundry day? I know I do, lol!
