Wow, has it ever been a busy few weeks for me! It has been almost a month since I posted on this blog. Yikes!
I traveled to Baton Rouge and bowled in the USBC Open June 15th and 16th. Drove down to New Orleans on the 17th and caught a flight out to Reno on the 18th. Bowled in the Women's Nationals on the 19th and 20th. Flew back to New Orleans on the 22nd and drove up to Baton Rouge. Stayed with my sweetie a couple of days before heading home. My daughter came back for another visit as well. Been a fun summer so far.
While I was in Reno, some of us girls headed over to Lake Tahoe and drove around the entire lake. Lot's of interesting history there. I will post some pictures in the near future. It is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen!
My card is for today's SCS Color Combination Challenge~White Crumb Coral. Vicki chose a beautiful combo and the dessert~ a one layer card. Now I hardly ever make a one layer card and I was determined to meet the challenge, lol. I think it turned out just fine!
I will try to get back here before three more weeks pass by!
Enjoy!
