Look After My Heart

Happy Saturday!

All went well with my surgery Tuesday. I am sitting here typing with one hand, lol! Funny how you don't realize how many things take two hands to do. Like buttoning your pants, putting contact lenses in, fixing your hair, opening containers with screw on lids, buttering toast, just to name a few...Good thing I have a helper! He has been a real trooper too.

My card is one I did for the Jan 17th SCS Color Combination Challenge~ Pretty Pink Rose. Dessert Option~Valentines
Mary was the hostess and I got to sample with her. Love the shades of pinks and of course I had to get some black in there!
The layout is the MFT Wed Sketch Club #54. I am determined to do the challenges every week for the entire year. Wish me luck! lol

  1. Peggy, this is fantastic. The first thing I noticed was the paper. I just used the same EP on my card. Then, I noticed that fantastic Edward Cullen. I must have missed this one. Which movie did he say it? The last one? Love it!

  2. Hopefully you are on the mend. I can't imagine only using one hand.. I would be a big baby. Great job on your card.

  3. hope recovery is till going well-with only one hand I guess you wont be stamping just yet-keep doing what the doctor orders-we want to see you back soon-loved this card when you sampled with me for the cc-I love the sentiment on this card-you always do such a great job with the mft sketches
