Have you seen the new magazine that is out by Papercrafts, called "Go To Sketches"? I picked one up on Saturday and it is chocked full of sketches and wonderful card samples. Maile Belles has a "Tis The Season Card" on page 10 that I used as a kick start for my card. This publication is well worth the money!| Stamps: PTI Tree Trimming Trio and Signature Christmas |
| Paper: PTI White, New Leaf, Hawaiian Shores |
| Ink: PTI New Leaf and Hawaiian Shores, Close to Cocoa |

I used my new Spellbinders Egg dies that I picked up in a little "appliance store" in Cocoa, Fl. It doesn't do anything for my budget when I travel because I am always looking for Rubber Stamp and Scrapbook stores to visit! Do you do that??
Copics Used: E00 (Skin), BG0000, BG10, BG72 (Dress), E50, E51, E53, E25 (Hair), E31, E25 (Bear), C00, R20
For my card today, I used one of Jen's Alice with Mushrooms images. Isn't she just adorable? I decided since this is St. Patrick's week, she needed to have a green dress instead of blue. You know that "Things are not always as they seem...." :)
Your mission, should you choose to accept it is to create a card using a CATERPILLAR or BUTTERFLY on your projects this week!
Supplies
Stamps: Papertrey Ink Signature Greetings
Paper: White, Basic Grey Urban Praire
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories: Spellbinders Dahlia, Brad, ScorPal
There is going to be another Virtual Stamp Night in late April and May. Come on over and join in the fun!
Enjoy!
For my card I used Sassy Studio digital stamps from their Alice in Wonderland Collection. They are colored with Copics. The cake is cut out using a Spellbinders circle die and the rabbit is cut out and popped up next to the cake. I put glossy accents on the white cake trim and the clock face. The paper is from a K&Co Tim Coffey paper package from many moons ago! The sentiment is from the Sassy Studio collection as well. Happy Friday!!
It's time for Mark's Finest Papers RELEASE Hop and....BLOG CANDY!!! Mark's Finest Papers Design Team is celebrating our BRAND NEW STAMPS for the Speedy the Cat Designer Collection and Serenity Collection with a Blog Hop! They are available TODAY! This card for the final day of the hop is made using the Spring Roses set. I just love this set! The rose is stamped with River Rock on Mark's Finest Papers Pensacola Sand paper. This paper is a beautiful white with just a hint of flecks of sand. My loving this paper wouldn't have anything to do with it being named after the sand where I live!
The DP is from the DCWV Linen Closet Stack. The rose is popped up on a panel cut out with a Spellbinders Labels 9. The scalloped panel is from one of the papers in the stack with some tiny half pearls added. The sentiment is part of the stamp set. Gorgeous set to work with!

My card today was made using the set Daffodil and Anise. I brought out the watercolor paper for this one! The daffodil is colored with a water pen and stamp pad ink. The cardstock is MFP Natural Collections Ivory, MFP Breezy Blue and K&Co Wild Raspberry DP. The Breezy Blue panel was cut with a MS border punch and a few pearls added to the flowers. The sentiment is from the stamp set as well.

For my card today, I decided to stick with clean and simple! The stamps set is Ferns and Chickadee 2010. The fern is stamped and off stamped around the edges with green ink. The sentiment panel is also from the stamp set and it is stamped in green with gold lettering. The paper is all from Mark's Finest Papers (STC Morning Milk, Spring Grass and Luxury Gold). The pretty green satin ribbon is from MFP as well.

My card today is made with the stamps from the Lady Serene Set. It definitely has an Asian Flair! I stamped the Lady in brown and colored the image with Copics. The flowers have Gold atYou Spica centers as well as the dress outline. The paper is Mark's Finest Papers Naturals Collection Ivory and Basic Grey Nook and Pantry Pad. I used the sketch from this weeks Friday Sketchers Challenge for the layout.
Copics Used: E25, E27 (Hair), E00 (Skin), R0000, R20 (Flowers and Sleeves)

WOW! Aren't they awesome?
For my card today, I used Kraftin Kimmie's Giselle. She is colored with Copics and I framed her with a piece of cardstock cut out with a Spellbinders Labels 4 die to mimic the keyholes in the picture above. Isn't she just adorable?! The layout is from this week's Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge #63. Just love her sketches! I found some sparkly ribbon in my stash for the ribbon/bow and added a new Prima flower to the top. The paper is Wisteria Bazzil and Basic Grey Euphoria DP.
