CHAPTER TWO: Running in a SKETCHY circle...

"Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?" "That depends a good deal on where you want to get to," said the Cat. "I don’t much care where--" said Alice. "Then it doesn’t matter which way you go," said the Cat. We have a fabulous sketch challenge today designed by our own TWISTED Tea Party member, Mary Giles! Here is the sketch:
We are VERY honored to be introducing our first sponsor to you today. Kathy from Pixie Dust Studios has VERY generously let us work with her new Digis from her "Down the Rabbit Hole" collection debuting March 1st! What's more? ONE LUCKY WINNER will be chosen at random from this week's participants to choose THREE FREE DIGIS of their choice from Pixie Dust Studios! Thank you Kathy!
Well, you know that Alice in Wonderland had the the theme of playing cards intermingled throughout the story. So, I pulled out an over sized playing card from my stash and decided that would be a good starting point for using the "Opposites Attract" digi from Pixie Dust Studios.
Of course I had to use the "two" of spades card! The sweet little couple is colored with Copics, cut out and popped up on a Ruby Red panel that was cut with a circle Spellbinders. The spade behind the couple was cut out from the DP (Creative Imaginations). The sentiment is a Pixie Dust digi too! I found a couple of heart beads and added them in "opposite" corners of the card.
You have until FRIDAY, March 5, 2010 at 10pm CST to upload your card or project using the above sketch as your muse! Upload to your blog or public gallery (please use keyword OAC2) and LINK your name on the Oh,Alice! Blog using Mr. Linky!
We can't WAIT to see your creations!
