Mothers Day Card using Two Challenges

Since my mom received her card and flowers today, I can post this card now! I used the colors in this weeks SCS Color Combo Challenge "Garden Blue Cameos" as well as this weeks Sketch Challenge. Flopsey is colored with Copics, cut out and popped on the Swiss Dot embossed panel. The panel was punched with a Martha Stewart border punch. The sentiment is a StampinUp Rub On.
