Masculine Moonlight

Happy Tuesday!!

Is your week off to a good start?  I have been playing "catch up" since I was out of town for a week at bowling tournaments.  Been on the road to Baton Rouge for meetings and boy have we had some storms!

My card is for this week's SCS Color Combination Challenge~ #HelloBliss - @BasicSandyLagoon. Mary found inspiration with the colors in the Moonlight DSP, so I decided to use ALL of them to make a birthday card fit for a man. I loved using the Dots Decorative Mask! So it is dessert again for me this week. Better start hitting the gym, lol! My inspiration for this card came from a card I saw on Pinterest, here

Crazy4Challenges #286~ Sketch Time!

Happy Saturday!!

I have had a fabulous week and a half away. Went to El Paso to see my sweetheart and bowl in the USBC Open Championships and then made my way up to Reno to bowl in the Women's Championships. Good times with good friends from Florida, Tennessee and Canada.

Today is Sketch time for the Crazies. Barbara brings us this fabulous sketch.

I had a package from MFT waiting on me when I got back from my trip, so I inked up these pretty Scribble Flowers on some watercolor paper.

I used the colors from the MFT Color Challenge #21

If you decide to play along with us upload your card/project to your blog and/or to your SCS Gallery using the keyword C4C286. Don't forget to link it on Inlinkz on the Crazy4Challenges Blog, so that everyone else can see it too. Go check out what the Crazies came up with this week!

Crazy4Challenges~

Happy Saturday!!

It is time for a new challenge with the Crazies.
Barb is our hostess today and she says...

School will be letting out here in the US soon, let's make a teacher appreciation card and actually USE it. If you don't need it for yourself, gift it to someone who does.

It is always a good thing to tell a teacher that they are super! So I colored up this cutie from the MFT set You're Super.

Bokeh Birthday

Good Tuesday Morning!
How is your week going? Mine....busy, busy. I am off to El Paso in a couple of days for the Open Championship bowling tournament and then up to Reno for the Women's Championship. Looking forward to some time off of work and hanging out with good friends.

My card is for today's SCS Color Combination Challenge~ I get a Crush on You when we Tango and Mambo. I love the bold and vibrant colors and decided this called for another try at the Bokeh Technique. No dessert for me this week! I sponged all three colors and then sponged white circles over top.

The layout is from this week's CAS(E) This Sketch #121

This is also for the Seize The Birthday Challenge to make your own background.
Enjoy!

Supplies:
Stamps: SU Big Day
Paper: Tangerine Tango

Looks like I may get some beach time in this weekend! Yeah!
What plans do you have?

Barb is starting off the challenges this month for the Crazies. Oceans of Love

Happy Tuesday!!

This week has gotten off to a "weather event" start. Hurricane force wind gusts, golf ball size hail, tornado's, and even a train blown off an elevated track just down the road. All of this starting as we were having a meeting at work about disaster planning...

My card today is for this weeks SCS Color Combination Challenge~ Under the Soft Sky, the Blushing Bride, eats Crumb Cake. Love that catchy challenge title! Dessert is Crabby (beachy), Shabby (chic), or Fabby (anything else).

I have been wanting to use this stamp for quite some time. I miss coloring and this set was a lot of fun to work with.

The layout is from this weeks Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #183.
Come on over and join in the challenges!
Enjoy!
